And that is to see if the loan officer, the real estate agent, or the broker of an office would be receptive to a conversation about our coaching program.
HOW YOU DO IT
The process is easy and straightforward. You will call the party, give a very brief explanation of our HomeZoop software that helps agents win listing presentations. If time allows, and the party is receptive, you will ask them to join you on our presentation website. An example can be found at www.homezoop.com/ben. Then you will have a choice of emails to send to the LO, agent or broker, depending on their response.
YOUR POTENTIAL INCOME
That depends on the volume of leads you contact. Ideally, you are contacting 50-100 new leads per day. The interactions are short. You will introduce yourself as an Account Executive with HomeZoop, which assists Realtors to secure listings, or to help the buyer understand the health of the market. Your goal is to have the parties agree to a live presentation with you, and in the process, you will get them receptive to a meeting with Bryan Kelsey or another presenter.
If a client remains in coaching for 6 months, you would earn;
- 1st month $250
- 2nd month $250
- 3rd month $125
- 4th month $125
- 5th month $125
- 6th month $125
Thus if a client remains in the program for six months, you would earn $1,000. You are paid each of the 6 months either the $250 or the $125 per the list above. If you have 25 sales, your income could be $25,000. If you have 100 sales in the coaching program, you could be earning $100,000.
CAN I WORK PART TIME?
Yes. You can work as much or as little as you desire. Your team leader will provide you all of your leads, a place to organize the leads, and specific emails to send out after you wrap up your call.
We want you to work at your pace, however if you desire to be challenged, we are here to support you as you pursue your financial goals.
CAN I RECRUIT ANOTHER PERSON?
Yes yes yes! Ideally, you are recruiting more sales people so that when you are making calls and doing follow ups, you are earning additional income as others also make calls. And, if they recruit someone you make income from the person you recruited and the person they recruited. Be smart and add people to our salesforce, full or part-time.
HOW MUCH DOES COACHING COST THE CLIENT?
There are several levels of coaching. One on one coaching at $985 per month. We have other program you can earn from, but the main program is at $985. About 20% of the $985 is going to the person doing the coaching. The coach can earn up to $1200 for the six months of coaching. You can earn $1000 when the client remains in the program for 6 months.
HOW MANY LEADS WILL I HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO CONTACT?
We are starting in St. Louis with about 15,000 potential leads, Las Vegas has a similar MLS system, thus that is our next city with about 17,000 potential leads, followed by Fort Lauderdale with about 50,000 Realtor and Loan Officers.

Gina Fletcher is in the role of National Sales Director. She is an amazing encourager and has had a very successful sales career. Bryan will continue to enhance the scripts and the emails, and Yuriy Feldman will continue to develop effective websites that cast the vision of the program.

HOW YOU DO ENGAGE THE PARTY IF IT IS A LOAN OFFICER

This website is only for loan officers that want to meet more agents, or enhance their relationship with agents that already know. Loan officers provide mortgage loans for home buyers. The loan officer gets about 7 of every 10 loans referred to them by REALTORS. Thus, the loan officer must have quite a few agent relationships. The loan officer is in “constant pursuit of more agents.”
HOW RECEPTIVE WILL THE LOAN OFFICERS BE?
Many people in life are ready, eager, hungry for knowledge. There is a saying, “MEN ARE FROM MAR, WOMEN ARE FROM VENUS.” Well this is true of loan officers, as they are from MARS. Most loan officers are clueless about Realtors.
The #1 thing loan officers want is more REALTOR referral partners.
You will find most loan officers receptive to your message. Be confident that this is a valuable product that will truly help these agents. Also, keep in mind, there are a few people that are “grumpy in life.” Be your calm, enthusiastic cheerful self and press on. If someone says, “no thanks,” please do not take it personally. We will persevere and help those that want it.
2nd OBJECTIVE WITH LOAN OFFICERS
You will ask them additional questions regarding challenges they may be facing in their careers. If they are receptive, you will ask them if they will take a 30-minute conference call with one of our HomeZoop Career Counselors. Ideally, in your time doing this program, you will get a high percentage of agents to agree to the follow up conference call. The sooner the LOAN OFFICER takes this meeting the sooner you build your income. It often takes place within 1-3 days.
